Name, date of birth, gender, contact details, school/club affiliation, FIDE ID and rating, address, and payment confirmation details submitted during tournament registration or account creation.

2. How we use it

To process tournament registrations and payments, generate pairings and results, issue certificates and player ID references, communicate updates, and maintain accurate academy and tournament records.

3. Data sharing

Player names, categories, and results may be published publicly as part of standard tournament reporting (pairings, standings, certificates). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data security

Account passwords are hashed, payment screenshots and documents are stored securely, and access to administrative data is restricted by role-based permissions.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting sarvamchessacademy@gmail.com.
