These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sarvam Chess Academy's website, tournament registrations, and coaching programs. By registering for a tournament or creating an account, you agree to the terms below.

1. Registration & eligibility

Tournament registrations are accepted subject to eligibility criteria (age category, rating, and entry deadlines) set for each event. Sarvam Chess Academy reserves the right to reject or withdraw a registration that does not meet these criteria.

2. Entry fees & payments

Entry fees must be paid in full before a registration is confirmed. Payment approval is subject to verification by our team. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis per the specific tournament's published policy.

3. Code of conduct

Players, coaches, parents, and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect toward arbiters, opponents, and staff at all times during Sarvam Chess Academy events.

4. Results & pairings

Pairings and results are managed by certified arbiters using standard Swiss, round-robin, or knockout systems as specified for each tournament. Decisions made by the Chief Arbiter on the day of play are final.

5. Changes to these terms

Sarvam Chess Academy may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
